This research work was carried out on the topic “The fate of the Jews from the ship “Eestirand” that sank near the island Prangli”. The work deals with the difficult fate of one of the Jews from the ship "Eestirand". The topic of the work is relevant, because many have begun to forget the difficult path that the Jews went through on the way to independence. The hypothesis of this work is “Was Eduard Klas-Glass on board the ship Eestirand?” However, when compiling the work, one more question was posed – “Eduard Klaus – Eduard Klas-Glass?”.
