My first visit to Israel was in 1959.

I was then a university student in America. Israel was young and looking to the future. There where so many thnigs to do here. I went to the United States and finished my degree, then came the Six-Day War. By that time, I had two children, I knew that we had to come and try living the Israel experience.

Soon after we arrived I began teaching English in Israel. Today we are a family with three children ten grandchildren all of us living and working here. When we look at the world around us we know why we need our country.
